This command returns the default value of the specified capability for the source.

Remarks
- This command is used in conjunction with the F.Image.ImageCore namespace.
- The following commands have been added to 2018.1 and above versions of OCTSRS.NET.EXE.
- These commands work for TWAIN compatible scanners. (Note: Windows Image Acquisition (WIA) Scanners are not compatible.)
